I’ve been teaching IB Maths for the past eight years, mainly working with students taking both AA HL and SL. I enjoy showing different ways to approach the same problem because not every student thinks alike. Most of my lessons revolve around past-paper questions, and I also help students plan and improve their Maths IA from the early stages through to the final draft.

Hi! I’m a maths tutor who’s happiest when working through tricky calculus or vectors together on a shared whiteboard. I’ve spent several years tutoring online and I like keeping lessons interactive rather than talking for an hour. I only teach IB Maths, so everything we cover stays focused on the syllabus and the style of questions you’ll actually face in exams.

After completing my master's in applied mathematics, I moved into full-time private tuition and have specialised in IB Mathematics ever since. I work with both HL and SL students, placing equal emphasis on mathematical understanding and clear exam technique. Many students also come to me for structured support with their Internal Assessment, especially when refining mathematical communication.

I started tutoring while I was at university and realised I enjoyed explaining maths more than solving it on my own. Statistics has always been my favourite topic, although I teach the whole IB course. Lessons are relaxed, with plenty of chances to ask questions, and I often share little shortcuts that make longer questions easier to manage without skipping the maths behind them.

I currently tutor IB Mathematics full time after several years teaching sixth-form students. My sessions are carefully planned around each student's strengths and weaker areas, with regular exam practice to monitor progress. I also support students preparing for resits and those aiming for the highest grades in Mathematics AA at Higher Level.

Hello! I mainly work with students who feel maths has become overwhelming by the time they reach Year 12. We slow things down, fill in the missing gaps and then build back up using IB-style questions. I really enjoy teaching functions and probability, and quite a few of my students come back for extra help once they start writing their Maths IA.
